Who’s behind zozo?

ZOZO 9527 is an independent interior design studio founded by Zoe Wong in Ottawa, Canada. Born in Taiwan and raised between Taipei and Vancouver, Zoe earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Algonquin College in 2014. Her work is shaped by a curiosity for materials, textures, and the unexpected details that make you look twice.

Inspiration doesn’t always come from interiors. It might be found wandering through a museum, trying something new to eat, or taking the long way around on a nature walk. Sometimes it’s drawing to unwind or turning a vintage kimono into something to wear every day.

That same curiosity carries into the work, bringing together earthy palettes, layered textures, and interesting contrasts to create spaces that feel as good as they look. From full-home renovations to the finer details, the goal is to go beyond the obvious while keeping the process enjoyable and the results effortless.
